PTS historic colours now available - at a price!

Porsche's paint costs are the biggest rip off going IMHO. I see on the GT4RS that all non-standard paints are £2,273, including Carrera White Metallic that I had on my 981 GTS for £558!

PTS is a very nice earner for them...

Though, PTS is not shown as being available on UK GT models on the configurator.

More opportunities for those with more money than taste to devalue their cars before they even leave the factory?

I went around the Aston Martin factory many years ago and you could pretty much tell where the cars were going based on some of the awful colour and trim choices.

It’s all about the modern trend to offer the customer what seems like almost unlimited choice John. Having said that, there are some very nice colours in there if you scan through the choices for the 718 Boxster. Mind you, what they actually look like in broad daylight is another matter!
