I've arranged a meal and meet at The Five Bells in Stanbridge for the evening of Wednesday 17th June from around 18:30. It is principally arranged for the BoXa.net forum, but any Porsche owner is more than welcome to join us.

Here's the pub, here's the map and here are some photos (there's a closeup of the menu amongst the photos).

If you'd like to come along to join us for the meal, I'd be grateful if you could give me at least a week's notice, preferably with your preferences from the menu - as requested by the venue so that they can order ingredients, many of which are locally-sourced (although I suspect the Sea Bass might come from further afield than the Grand Union Canal). Given recent news reports, I suspect Eton Mess might be off the desert menu now too...!

Feel free to also swing by if you just want to kick tyres and chat, of course - there's no obligation to chow down.

I've been there before - but 10+ years ago. Looks much tidier now and your meet is attracting me back. It is in the diary and I hope the 'work gods' are kind that day....

Let's fill that car park, eh !! [:)]

Just bumping this thread as a reminder that this little meet is this evening. I'm going to be there from around 18:30 - hoping the weather holds!

In the end there were five of us at The Five Bells last night - by complete coincidence on the same night as a local classic car show. So some of our Porsches got mixed in with the classic cars, which must have looked a bit strange for the visitors! Didn't take a proper camera though, so this from my phone:
