Queries re used 911 turbo just purchased

I have just bought a 2003 911 (996) Turbo. When I was cleaning it today I noticed it only has locking wheel nuts on the front wheels. Is there a reason for this, due to the recessed nuts, or should there be locking wheel nuts on the rears as well ?

Also there is a baffle in the rear wheel arches to prevent the exhaust pipes burning the bodywork. On the RHS this moves up and down when you push it from below. Does this mean something has come adrift and needs fixing ?

Any assistance appreciated

Very strange to have no locking nuts on the rear. You can buy them from Porsche (but I am sure they only sell them as a set of four) or a independant (I am sure that by fitting a non-porsche locking wheel nut, this will not affect your warranty). I have had a loose heatshield and it is a easy (and cheap)to have repaired. But I wouldnt wait for it to fall off before having it looked at.
