Query on xpipe mod on OPC extended warranty?

Hi all just looking for some experiences from UK owners with extended warranty.
I had thought that fitting an xpipe (sharkwerks or fabspeed type) rear silencer delete was OK wih an extended warranty but in a discussion on FB have just been advised it is NOT ok.
Can anyone share any 1st hand experiences from OPCs around the UK if they have these fitted?

It's very much down to your own OPC's policy from what I have read elsewhere some will and won't get upset about it...and obviously depends on the issue. Some people retain the old parts so they can put them back on for warranty claims. One thing is absolutely certain you will not be able to extend the warranty if the car is not 100% OEM.

So I'd speak to your OPC!

i have the sharkeerks and Porsche warranty but it's not straight forward - I have a good relationship with my OPC and discussed the exhaust mod and they have always covered anything under the warranty e.g. Ignition coils they replaced last year however if the engine or gearbox went and it got referred back to warranty insurers or Germany I think it could be s different story
- I also have to change back the exhaust to standard every 2 years which I do at service time so can extend the warranty inspection then refit sherkeerks - bit if a pain ..
hope that helps
