Hi Guys

Right I have just picked up my Turbo Wing Logo and want to fit it this weekend.

Firstly do either of you have a picture of your wing logos to give me a guideline of where it fits on the wing?

And secondly as you have already fitted one Fen any hints and tips ( ie spraying water on wing first etc )

Would you clay the wing first to make sure wing is squeeky clean to...

Thanks a lot

I would recommend a squeegy or old credit card, also a friend to help would be useful.

Good luck

Positioning and fitting guide is in the 944 workshop manual - volume 6 - turbo supplement.

Out of interest, what colour did you get and how much did it cost ?

Oooh, that looks so nice!! How's she running these days Mark? Still blowing your socks off?

I rang my OPC up about 12 months ago to enquire about the cost of one of these and it was circa £70 if I recall correctly. A bit pricey so is sitting near the bottom of my current wish list.

Washing up liquid in warm water lets you move it around until your happy, move the air bubbles out with a squedgie or similar, apply some mild heat with a hairdryer when happy, the O in turbO pretty much follows the front line of the wing.

There is a box to tick at the bottom that says 'embed picture in post' that will show a thumbnail in your post - more please ;)

Well here is a few pics of the Turbo Wing Logo fitted.

Got a local sign company to fit it, although a few issues with it, so it may end up being done again. It came with a slight kink in the sticker from Porsche and I thought it would smooth out, but it appears not to. I should have swapped it as difficult to prove now on the car. Will leave it 24 hours to adhere properly and if the slight issue can be cut slightly I will leave it on.

Looks good though in the silver. I will get some better pictures done of it over the weekend
