Hi,

I was wondering if you could help me.

I walked up to my car this morning and the door wouldn't open. I find this very strange.
Do I need to have a key or something to open the door? I would expect for a luxury premium brand such as Porsche to have doors opened for me by a full time door opener and not have to use a key or am I wrong?

I do hope you can help, as I am currently standing beside my car and I need to get somewhere.

Not sure if this is being obv, but the alarm does go to sleep if left. Open with the key manually, but ebsure you put the key in the ignition and turn it on before the alarm goes off.

That will teach you to be a cheapskate! The mistake you made was not employing a Porsche Approved chauffeur. They come with a 2-year warranty, which you can extend annually until you have have employed them for 10 years.
