Yesterday evening we held a quiz at our monthly meeting.
Question 1 was about the first car to carry the Porsche name. One member queried the answer.The car was the Lohner - Porsche. See image for proof.

The same member quereied 2 other questions.

(3) In the 1930's Porsche designed a small car for the German government was it called
(a) Wanderer (b) Kdf Wagen (c) Volkwagen

The answer is (b).

The 3rd and last answer to be quertioned by the same member was.

(4) Porsche won only one formula 1 race under their own name. What was the circuit.

No Paul. That was not the case.
For a very good reason I asked him not to enter and for the record he would have won.
 
The spotter that I am would have got those 3 q's right - as for the others ...mmmm!
