Robin , we all missed your company last night at Norton House - but I felt that on behalf of all that attended we should congratulate you on winning the high sublime title of R1 member of the year ! - well done . Just to let you know your £10k prize money was split between Don and Alan Locke !! ......hope you're feeling better soon - Barry .

Barry, Thanks for the update. I trust they spend it wisely but doubt they will..... I am fine now if a little lighter.. Weight and money it would seem!

Well done ..as a twice winner of this title it is in recognition off all you have done for the club over the year and well done to the runners up .It is our club and if everyone puts in a little it makes it a great club .On a personnel note i would like to thank Scott for all the hard work he has done for the membership over the last few years , he has worked tirelessly organizing events As a past RO i know how difficult it is to run a region and to try and please everyones tastes And not forgetting all members who have worked so hard in the background doing things .You know who you are .

You are a worthy winner Robin, well done. Don and I felt a little bad about splitting the money so we bought you and Elaenor a drink, but since you weren't there, we had to drink it for you.

Apparently the 'Vote Inky' campaign will be starting in the New Year so he has plenty time for canvassing and plying people wit alcohol.

Thanks also to Scott for all his efforts throughout the year organising lots of different events to suit as many of us as he can. And to all those who assist along the way.

All the best, Alan.

Yes well done Robin.

On that note, I doubt I will be doing any such campaigns and might not be around for the coming year much as work is likely to ramp up and could be away a fair bit, but overall I doubt I'm able to contribute much other than my views from todays loose women show..........[:D]

I think it was your granny fetish which put people off.....you need to step away from the purple rinsers!
