Have started a new post to get this important thread at the top of the list.

Visited the RLS Polo Club at Southam today and met the owner who is a fellow Porsche fan (he does also have a few Ferraris in the garage as well though).

Having spoken to Mike the proposal is that we hold the R10 Annual Concours at the Polo ground on Sunday 21st August. It is a fantastic venue with room to display 60+ cars easily with the added benefit of being able to watch a Polo match or two during the afternoon as well.

It really is at the North end of the region and will therefore be a bit of a trip for most of us, however there will be a lot more to do for the wives/partners/family/kids as we could even use the onsite caterers to lay on some food etc in the marquee at the end of the grandstand. There is plenty of water for car cleaning activities and mains power for the computer etc.

I also think we could get a reasonable turnout from the East/West Midlands regions as well as it is an easy trip for them.

Are there any objections to holding the event at Southam ? If not then we will confirm next week and start to collate more details.
