The Region 10 concours is a "˜Show and Shine' or "˜Pride of Ownership' competition. The emphasis is on fun. All are welcome no matter what Porsche you drive. Just give it a wash and turn up.

[FONT=verdana, geneva"]In our competition any Porsche member who shows up can take part in the scoring. Each person marks each car out of 10 in each of 4 categories (Body, Interior, Glass and Wheels), so n[FONT=verdana, geneva"][FONT=verdana, geneva"]o need to worry about the engine bay, underneath the car or the luggage compartments! T[FONT=verdana, geneva"][FONT=verdana, geneva"]hen all the scores are added up, a handicap system applied, much number crunching then ensues and finally the winners are revealed.

May be able to make this.......

Not sure about the concourse though, especially if Darnells cotton wool covered CS is entering[:D]

in the following categories:

Thanks Andy / Graham, but where is the category marked:- "Oh come-on guys, give me a break, as this car was really well raced in it's early career and no matter how you view it it's only now just getting back on it's feet" ...Class

I think if this one exists, I'll enter my car. But if not, I'll sulk at the back of the class with "Dirty inside rear screen and can't be asked to clean it Glenn"[:D]

Don't worry guys I have the trophies and have a new class for this year the "410 HP +" category to give Glenn and Maxine two chances of winning [;)]

I hope you all realise that nobody really stands a chance of winning the air cooled category this year as Andy has just taken the whole week off work just to polish his rims !!

Looking forward to a good turnout on Sunday ..

i am very tempted to bring my 912 and also my 944 which needs to have some running in miles put on it..

but, we also need to spend some time in our garden as we have been fully booked up with porsche stuff for most of the summer[8D] and it's not over yet [:)]
