I have arranged a visit for R10 members which should prove of interest to many of us.
This R10 Event is unfortunately cancelled / postponed due to Covid-19
The Valluga Concierge, based at Silverstone Park, is opening its doors to its competition, track day car preparation and logistics service, for us.
They have a considerable Porsche-centred customer base and their 10,000 sq/ft premises at Silverstone is brimming with road, track and race cars. Porsche-wise everything from ’65 901s to Le Mans podium finishing RSRs all the way up to current gen 911 Cups (run in Carrera Cup GB), with a nice smattering of RS 964, 993, 996, 997 etc to boot. They can hold up to 50 cars with diverse racing categories including historic saloons to modern day sportscar and GT competition.
Arrival at around 9.30 / 10am for hot drinks, to see all the glorious machinery they deal with on a daily basis and find out more about how it is all orchestrated by them.
As always, we have a reasonable limit of attendees, so on a first come, first served basis, if you’d like to attend, please email me ONLY on r10@porscheclubgb.com, with your name + any passenger(s) and I will reply to confirm whether you are on the list.
Looking forward to seeing many of you there… and please tell us on this thread if you are coming along []
