R12 2012 Weekend of the Year (WOTY) - Isle of Wight - please book ASAP
Following our committee meeting this week we have confirmed the date for our R12 2012 WOTY as arrive Friday September 14 - depart Monday September 17 (3 nights) and the venue as The Channel View Hotel, Shanklin, Isle of Wight. Although the WOTY is intended to be a 3-night event, arrangements are flexible so participants may wish to attend for only two of the three nights, all three, or indeed extend to more than three.
Please note that the hotel is extremely popular, there is a large Classic Car event on that weekend, and although they are holding some rooms for us until the end of January, we strongly recommend that if R12 members are interested in joining us for this enjoyable event, you secure your room booking as soon as possible. Please consider doing this urgently. As with our previous very successful WOTYs, we have arranged a full dinner, bed and breakfast package. Bookings must be made direct with the hotel - ask for Jill - though it would be useful if you could email Colleen Wickins when you have booked (tony.twservices@uwclub.net) so we can keep tabs on numbers in our party.

Note that the hotel prices include the ferry crossing (both ways!), which is about 40 mins from Portsmouth although other options are available from Southampton or Lymington. A £40 per person non-refundable deposit is required when booking. Prices per person for 3 nights/4 nights are as follows:
