PCGB Norfolk & Suffolk (R12) 2014 Calendar

Please note that this is a short summary of events which we will endeavour to keep up to date. More events will be added through the year. Links to details of each event are provided. If R12 members wish to receive updates in email form on a monthly basis, please email tony.twservices@uwclub.net to receive an invitation to participate in our Google Groups email distribution list.

NB National PCGB events are not listed here. Please see elsewhere on the forum or Porsche Post.

WOTY = Weekend of the Year

June 17th Club Night

July 15th Club Night Our ever popular Summer BBQ with "The Car's the Star". Arrive 7.30 - 8pm. Cost per head £11.95p (to include dessert). Book with Tony and Colleen on tony.twservices@uwclub.net or 01379 676251. Vegetarian option available - please inform us at time of booking. Payment please by cheque made payable to "Bird in Hand" and sent to Tony and Colleen Wickins, 2 Chapel Close, Pulham Market, Norfolk. IP21 4SS. CLOSING DATE FOR BOOKING AND PAYMENT IS 29TH JUNE. (We have to be strict on this closing date, as we will be away on holiday from 3rd July for one week and we need to get the cheques and final numbers to the Pub before we leave).

August 3rd Helmingham Festival of Classic and Sports Cars. Join us at this popular event and display your car at our Club stand. £10 admits driver and one passenger and includes entry to the gardens "" all proceeds to EACH (East Anglian Childrens Hospices). Book your place with Colleen. Closing date 20th July 2014.

No club night in August

August 31st Family Fun Day in Thetford Forest. A day out for everyone including a chance to try your skills on a Segway. Bikes available for hire. Bring a picnic or there is a large café on the site. Be advised there is a parking charge. Not much interest in this event to date "" we will keep it open until end of June, and then may cancel if no-one else books in. 21st September Porsche Rally and Concours at Bressingham Gardens. We return to Diss this year for a concourse event. The entrance fee to display your Porsche in one of the three categories is £7 per person (payable on the day), which includes a ride on a steam train. 23/24th November Our pre-Christmas event at Potters Leisure Resort, Hopton on Sea - to include a meal, entertainment, dancing and an overnight stay with breakfast.ONLY TWO ROOMS LEFT ( both bungalow plus at £74 pp) "" please contact Colleen as soon as possible for details and to reserve your room
