So what is the R20 event planner for 2011 shaping up like, from memory we are contemplating

Whelsh trip
Swizz trip
Le Mans
Shooting day
Spa
Monta Carlo rally............just to name a few?

We have a Swiss trip in planning as an overseas trip... All you have listed is possible but need to get them in-between with rest of club's 50 years celebration and make sure there is enough interest for each...

Shooting day is easy, Rick has always been up for setting this up for us...

Le Mans - what is the latest, gave up on various updates from official and unofficial means [:(]

Also have our annual gathering at Brooklands on Sunday, 3rd April (we have the 928 joining again with their technical meet)

May and August Bank Holiday all open for event at Ace Cafe... open for ideas for May; August can be a bbq night (weather permitting)...

OPC West and East always open for health check day and pencilling in Spring and late Autumn for this

Step one agree the list,
Step two create a plan for each event
Step three..............and so forth
 
We are in Jan 2011 (sorry for stating the very obvious) and we still planning for 2011...? Best get going before my diary gets filled with other competing motoring priorities...
 
So ........ apart from ACE CAFE monthly meets, Brooklands, is there anything else or will I need to be searching other nearby regions for events in 2011?

I was hoping to find out what is happening with regards to the Swiss Trip .... wasn't it meant to be in the Porsche Post?

My diary is rapidly filling up with overseas trips.
 
Yes - I did get the impression it was to be in PP... same here for me, my diary is fast filling up with lots of other motoring related events ....
