This is a brief update to remind everyone that our February Monthly meeting will be next Tuesday 4th February at our new venue the The Black Horse, The Vale, Chesham, HP5 3NS, which is on the same road out of Chesham about 1.5 miles from our old venue. Details of the pub can be found at http://www.black-horse-inn.co.uk/

People normally arrive around 7pm and the pub serves food for those that want to eat. The menus can be found on their website. Our presentations and talks normally start around 8pm and are informal with plenty of time for questions.

For our February evening we have Paul Mace from GT Marques www.gtmarques.com/ coming along to talk about his experience last year where his team ran the car used by Michael Meadows to win the Porsche UK Carrera Cup series. They have also run many other GT3's in most of the UK premier Porsche racing series in the UK so this should be an interesting evening.

R21 Visit to DeHavilland Saturday 12th April

Jason is organising a visit to the DeHavilland Aircraft Heritage Centre, London Colney ( http://www.dehavillandmuseum.co.uk/ ) on Saturday 12th April at 10:30 am. The plan is to meet at a cafe beforehand for a tyre kick and some breakfast and then drive to the museum (About 10 to 20 miles). The visit will cost £9 per person which includes tea and biscuits when we arrive.

If you are interested please will you list your names on the fourm http://www.porscheclubgbforum.com/tm.asp?m=806861 so we can gauge interest and keep the museum informed of how many cars we expect on the day. We have chosen April as hopefully the weather will have improved and we will all be able to attend in our Porsches and be able to get a great region photo for the Porsche Post.
