R21 WOTY - North Yorkshire - 24th to 26th April 2015

We have found a hotel in Yorkshire that ticks all the boxes for a good Porsche Club weekend. The date we have selected is Friday 24th April to Sunday 26th April 2015. The BB rate for double occupancy is £120 per night, £85 for single occupancy. They have offered us 3 nights for the price of 2, so if you decide to stay on the Sunday night as well, you won't have to pay for your accommodation!

The hotel has a restaurant where we will be dining together on Friday and Saturday evenings. They will be putting together special 3 course menus for us nearer the time at a cost of £27 per head.

We have no specific itinerary set for the weekend but there are plenty of things to do in the area. Great drives across the North York Moors, the steam railway or the coast to explore. Plus of course the opportunity to socialise with other PCGB Members

In order to avoid tax implications for the club, members will need to make their own reservations direct with the hotel. There are 20 rooms in the main building and 8 in the annexe. We will, on this occasion, be sharing our WOTY with the 3.2 Carrera Register because they too wanted to visit Yorkshire for their WOTY, and we thought it would be great if PCGB could perhaps take over the hotel.

If you are interested in joining us, please email me (r21@porscheclubgb.com) for the hotel details as soon as possible. Rooms will be sold on a 'first come, first served' basis, so don't delay!

We're interested. Already asked Terry for Hotel details.

Bye for now.

Places at the hotel are filling up fast so if you would like to join us don't leave it too long!
