R3 2016 WOTY

I am currently looking into a potential venue and ideas for an R3 WOTY next year. Some months ago Deb & I stayed at a lovely little castle near Stirling and we were suprised at what we thought was a great deal. I have contacted them regarding a two night stay for our region for the August bank holiday weekend of the 27th & 28th 2016. They do currently have availability and have offered us what I consider to be a very reasonable deal of £115.00 per night for a double room to include dinner, bed & breakfast (Singles £100 per night) . Dinner will consist of three courses, however they will require a deposit to hold rooms and they would also require for us to prebook off a prearranged menu for our meals. I have also added an attachment with an idea of a previous menu they offered for your perusal.
Please note that this is not a bank holiday weekend in Scotland so I am hoping this would allow us to organise some exciting events / drives possibly around the Trossachs and Loch Lomond without it being too busy or even a short trip to Knockhill racing circuit which is also close by. Broomhall Castle is located in Menstrie FK11 7EA and can be viewed here http://www.broomhallcastleevents.co.uk/index.htm
They have only sixteen rooms in total and would require a deposit if we wish to hold any, I thought it would be an excellent opportunity to fill our own venue for the weekend and not have to worry about our cars in the car park or bothering other guests.
As places are limited for this event I would urge anyone wishing to join in, to register their interest asap to avoid any dissapointment.
Regards Greg.

Hi Greg
Just let us know when you want the deposits etc!!
Do you want the deposits before we go over to Spain?
Calling in to your place on Tuesday, so give you something then.

Simon I have emailed the hotel & will let you know as soon as I get an answer. I have checked online and they do offer a family room option, awaiting a response ref prices.

No deposit required yet, we wanted to check out the interest first. However if we do book this a £50.00 per room deposit will be required in the near future.

Greg, the prospect of driving round the Trossachs with you is simply too good to miss!! Put me and Fordy down for this please. ??????

2 more for your provisional list please Greg - can we have a four poster since we are newly-weds !

Chris and June

Still a few deposits owed in for next years WOTY, can anyone who hasn't yet paid please confirm your place and let me have your deposit ASAP as the hotel is now chasing me to confirm our booking.

I'll nominate you Martin but it may cost you a Toilet Seat .................... can't believe how that reads.
I may get a visit from the local CID about it [8|]

Hi Greg and Deb,
We have just booked the Holiday Inn Stirling for the WOTY! Is there anything else we need to do? Looking forward to it!
