Hi All just back from holiday today so thought I'd post up a quick note regarding the arrangements for volunteers on Sunday. I'll be there at 8.30 to start setting out the parking areas and erect the club tents.

On arriving at the main entrance to Beamish museum take the lane on the left rather than going through the main gates. About a mile down the road, past the resource centre is a turning on the right leading to the show field. There will be marshalls in attendance to relieve you of £5 per head if you arrive in a Porsche vehicle.

The weather forecast looks fine so fingers crossed for a fabulous day at this new venue.

see you all on Sunday

Have had a change of plans so will be able to make it now :)

Dropped the Gazebo with Greg on Tuesday so will see you tomorrow.
