R3 Christmas Night Out - Booking

OK, now since it's a miserable British summer why not think ahead to a fab white christmas, or more likely a slightly sludgy one!

The voting is over and surprise surprise it's a tie!! So I'm exercising my right as organiser and going for Derwent Manor on 14th December for an ABBA tribute night.

The link is below but it is a night of partying with an ABBA tribute band, 3 course meal and a disco to end.

At a cost of £35 per guest it's a bargain.

There are also preferential room rates for the night of £35 per person, bed & breakfast (based on 2 sharing, single person supplement of £20)

I have provisionally booked 30 spaces, but she can only hold them for 2 weeks so please let me know asap.

There is a £10 per person deposit required, with full payment due 2 weeks before the event, however I would rather get the payments out of the way. I am happy to put deposit down for you if you let me know you are coming and I will collect them at the following meeting.

I have checked that there are also plenty of rooms available for those who would like to stay over, again a £10 per person per night deposit is required, again I'm happy to put this down for you with collection at the next meeting.

Hi All that are coming to dance the night away to ABBA.

Just a quick update.

I have paid the deposit for both the dinner and the rooms for those that have requested them.

I'll collect the last of the deposits next monthly meeting or if people can't make it and want to send me a cheque just PM me for my address.

The rooms can be paid for when you arrive however I will need to start collecting the rest of the dinner money (I sound like a school bully!) over the next few months, which is £25 per person.

If you would like to join the party and haven't already told me I may be able to book more spaces, however I can't make any promises and obviously the sooner the better.

Get those lycra sequined jump suits ready...
