I have today received the brochure for this event at Beamish Hall again.

I thought we might want to see a different act to last year so I am suggesting the Hudson sisters on Saturday December 17th at a cost of £36.00 per person to include 3 course meal.

Please can you add a line to this thread if you are interested so that i can make a provisional booking.

Late rooms have cheap rooms again & you can cancel up to 12 noon that day, so worth getting booked up.

Wow Booked 30 provisional places and 12 taken already!

I need a £10 deposit per person please by 27th May for them to hold the provisional booking.

I didn't think folk would book rooms so quickly or i would have stated that the christmas brochure states on page 1 that Dream Accomodation rates for party nights start from £50 per night in the hotel. Did anyone try booking with them directly? It may be worth ringing them on 01207 233733 to see if you can get a better rate. Sorry this info is late but you all moved so quick!!

Up to now only the initial 7 couples have signed up taking 14 places out of the provisional 30.
Beamish Hall have agreed to continue to hold the provisional booking until the night after our next meeting on June 8th but if you want to go i will need your deposit on that night please otherwise the reserved places will be released

i've already paid the deposits but just rang the hall and they say they can fit you in. Please can you ring Adele Kilty on 01207 233733 to pay your deposit.

She is expecting your call, and just mention you are the extra couple for the porsche xmas do on 17th December
