I know its extremely hard to believe but it really is coming round to that time of year again. We would like to invite R3 members to join us Saturday, January 4th at Beamish Hall to enjoy our Post Christmas Party.



Where better to get your 2020 R3 season off with a bang then at the home of R3, Beamish Hal,l in the fabulous Winter Gardens. Here you will be served a fantastic three course feast, see here for the mouth-watering menu. After your meal you will have the opportunity to dance away the Christmas excesses at our R3 disco.

This smart casual event, is great value at only £25.00 per person. It is sure to fill up fast, so don't delay in booking here to enjoy first hand what is sure to be another memorable R3 experience.

We recognise the festive period can be an extremely difficult time of year to fit everything in, so following on from the success of previous years we have planned our event for early January.

Itinerary:

Meet from 7.00pm in the Winter Gardens private bar.

Sit down for 7.30pm.

Food Served 8.00pm.

Disco Approximately 9.15pm.

Carriages 11.30pm.

Please contact Beamish Hall reservations directly for accommodation with prices starting from £85.00 Classic / £105.00 deluxe based on two sharing, inclusive of breakfast. Rooms always fill up quickly. Please quote Porsche Club GB Party.

I've advised Lady Porschekit to ensure the maid polishes her tiara in advance....

Alternatively you can pay on Club night, although bank transfer is the preferred method.

Bank transfer not only allows us to keep track of who has paid so much easier but also helps to avoid any embarrassing future discrepancies.



Anyone who would rather pay on Club night, can you please ensure you get a written receipt from either Deb or myself for your payment. I am sure you can appreciate it gets harder each year to remember who paid us what, especially on a busy evening.
