This is R3's annual bash and Concours sponsored by Specialist Cars of Malton. As with previous years we will have a R7 run up to this event meeting up in Tesco's Car Park Clifton Moor York at 9.45 for a 10.00am departure.

I am not aware of any limit. In the past, it is generally an all day thing and cars come and go all day as with our own event.

Apparently R3 display's deadline is 10am with public arriving from 11am. As long as we let R3 know the numbers, we should be ok to arrive "at our leisure" but will probably be around 11ish anyway. John
I would imagine that they mean cars that are on display such as the 50th year stuff and the concours cars as was the case with Harewood, but general cars should be fine.
