R31 Monthly meeting

Hi Just to let every one know the changes for our meetings.
We will now meet at
The Feathered Nest.
Nether Westcote.
Oxfrdshire

The next meeting will be Wednesday 15th August. This will coincide with the Alfa Romeo club's regional concourse, should be fun to see how they do things. The format is the same 7.00 for food 8.00 for the meeting. If you do want food please let either Derek or I know so we can book the table.
The meeting to follow this will be Saturday 8th September, this will be another 12.00 meeting with food at 12.30 "" 1.00. Hopefully the weather will be nice as this will be a family based meeting so bring cars, children, partners and dogs to enjoy the lovely gardens and food.
If you do want food please let either Derek or I know so we can book the table.
We will then be holding meetings the second Wednesday of each month. 7.00 for food 8.00 for the meeting.

Weather looks great for tomorrow. So come along it will be a good meeting.
We are going to have some photos tomorrow so if we can park in the lower car park we will then be able to park on the lawn for the photos.

Great meeting today a really good turn out we had 8 porsches, a Ducati and a Ferrari turn up.

R31 is moving again (just for the winter months) we have decided due the the acceses to the Feathered Nest will will move over the winter to the Five Alls at Filkins. Once again a very nice place with great food.
Meetings will continue to be on the second Wednesday of the month with our first meeting at the Five Alls on 14th November where we will start to organise our 2013 events.

We are also moving as some members have commented that, apart fropm access on a winter's day the Feathered Nest is a little pricy. So we have bowed to public opinion and decided to move to the Five Alls. The quality & ambiance is just as fantastic, the price much less. Moreover, the Five Alls is just a few yards off the A361 and thus very easy to get to.
