R7 WOTY 2017 - October 7th/8th SOLD OUT

2017 WOTY - October 7th/8th
This year we head out to North Wales for some excellent driving roads and the best company. We will meet up on Saturday morning for some great driving before stopping for lunch. After lunch we enjoy more driving as we head to our overnight stop at the Trearddur Bay Hotel, Anglesey.
Saturday evening we meet up for drinks and then enjoy dinner together. On the Sunday we will put together some more great driving roads as we head towards home.

The cost of the hotel is £155 per double/twin room including dinner and breakfast, for two people. A £50 deposit is payable at the time of booking. This is refundable up until two weeks before the event, after which the full cost will need to be paid.
We have block booked 20 rooms at the Trearddur Bay Hotel, so if you would like to join us, then book directly with them on 01407 860301. Then please let us know that you have booked either by email or signing up below.

We will need to provide menu choices up front, but will circulate menus nearer the time.

Hi Mark,

I have just been reading about this event and it sounds great. Please could you confirm the dates, I couldn't see them on the May News Letter. Sorry if I have missed the obvious!

Thanks

Dean & Leyla

Like a complete genius I didn't put the date in the news letter, a corrected version should be going out ASAP.

Hi All,

Leyla and I have booked a room at the Hotel for 7/8th October.

Hope to see you all there...

Dean & Leyla

Jane and I are booked for the WOTY. If it's anything near as good as previous WOTYs it will be fabulous. Thanks Mark and Carol for setting it up.

So that's 21 booked in, just about full.

Will see if they can cope with one or two more, but I think the max will be 25.
