R9 Concours Event August 31st 2014

After the success of last year we will be once again be holding the R9 Concours event at the village hall in Lowsonford, which is a picturesque hall situated next to the canal and the local Fleur de Lys pub. There will be food and drink available throughout the day in the village hall free of charge for everyone attending.

We will be hosting an informal member's Concours, where each member will be voting for the best turned out car on the day.

We look forward to seeing you from 11am onwards at Lowsonford Village Hall, Rookery Lane, Lowsonford, Henley-In-Arden, B95 5ER 4 miles north-east of Henley-in-Arden.

Please let us know by the 15th August if you will be attending so that we can cater accordingly.

Why don't you allow everyone to vote for the best cars rather than just those who've entered the competition?

Joan and I will be there again, if we can bring a new pup. Too young to leave at home on it's own and just out of quarantine.

Thanks to Mandy, Kim and Dave for organising a superb day. We had great company, great cars and great food in a beautiful setting. We even had beautiful weather. Brilliant way to spend a Sunday. Thanks guys.

Kim, Dave and myself had a great day too, its lovely and rewarding that so many turn up to the event and have fun.

Thank you to everyone who helped out especially the ladies in the kitchen.
