Late in the year as it was in 2008 seeing as it was so succesful,

Please note I'm also volunteering to be on the committee to help organise this event, and can confirm that Neill Hastie (I don't think he uses the Forum) has also expressed a similar wish to help and be on the committee

Cheers Alan, I didn't want to post anything until I'd spoken to you and Neill so you have confirmed what I hoped any way. The four of us should be able to sort this years event easily and as you know the massive support from the three of you is a huge help to our region.

Once we have met up and decided who can sort what we will post it on here so folk know who to contact leading up to the event.
