Thought I would repost here as some may miss it in the "General" area
The RAC Magazine have contacted us to look for a couple of cars for a feature. One old 911 (1960s through to mid 70s) and one modern 911. Here is the request
I am currently working on an article for the RAC Club Magazine which is sent to over 500,000 RAC members and hope that we feature two of your members in this piece. We're looking to put a 911 from the 60s or 70s head to head with its modern counterpart. We aren't picky about the exact model we feature - it is more of a fun article of classic vs. contemporary, so would say any 911 model pre-1975 would work beautifully for the early car. We'll hear from the owners of both original car and its modern sibling as they discuss the virtues for their relevant model. We'll shoot both cars and owners next to each other, with the cars standing nose-to-nose.
Ideally the owners should be within reasonable driving distance to Bristol, which is where the shoot will take place. I would need to speak to the owners by phone for 10 minutes for their background information, and then arrange for them to attend the shoot.
If you are interested please contact the journalist on either 07521 282 818 or jd@jdvanzyl.com
