Just got entry list and pleased to see another 924 racer will be out - David Hornsey and its a really varied grid so if anyone can come it looks like a good days racing. We have 30 minutes qualy at 10.25 and our race is about 4.05 and format is 40 min race with compulsory pit stop. In my class - up to 2 litre is Alfa Romeo 33, Toyota MR2, BMW 2002 and in other classes Lotus Cortina, Porsche 944's Ferrari 308 GTB, Lotus Esprit, Ferrari 246! (surprised), Capri, 911's, Jag XJS, TR7 V8, and others.

Provisional timetable here:

The other races are all really well supported so this will be a really good day and we would really appreciate the support!

I haven't got a pit garage this time so come and find us in the paddock to say hi.

Good luck. I hope that you enjoy yourself. It's one of the best grids for CSCC "Future Classics" ever, so I hope it continues. I'm racing my Toyota in CSCC "Tin Tops" on the saturday.

Pleased to report a great day's racing was had by all and the car ran like clockwork (almost)
I can hopefully give a more factual report as to times and results when I get the TSL timesheets which haven't been posted yet for some reason.
Anyway it was good to meet fellow 924 racers who did well and finished in front of me.
The race was going great - I passed MR2 and BMW 325 within the first couple of laps but unfortunately I span out on penultimate lap at the chicane and lost several places so I believe I ended up last in my class.
About 30 minutes into the race the interior mirror dropped into my lap and about the same time the drivers side mirror folded in sympathy so I had an interesting time being lapped by the quick guys without a clue where they were around me. I knew they were coming by the blue flags and just held my position trying to give them room. My focus was further challenged when I lost a bonnet pin and the bonnet front started flapping up so I also had to wonder if that would jettison itself or pop up in front of me.
I had a great dice over the last 5 laps with a 944 turbo which I caught on all the bends but lost on the straight - I finished about 1 second behind him so pleased about that as he had 100 bhp more than me.
Anyway I appreciate the interest and hope to report further soon.
