Radio and CD player keep cutting out

Anyone had a problem with their radio and CD player cutting out especially after car is started in the morning? This annoying habit has started on my Boxster S with the Porsche sound package. Cuts out about 3 or 4 times for about 20 seconds and then is OK. Had it into the dealer last week (car is only 4 months old) and they reset the memory but it stared playing up again today.

 
Mine does the same from time to time. My previous Boxster S also did. It always seems to correct itself after a little while so I've never taken it to the dealers but it is annoying when it happens.
 
When I had a Boxster S i had this problem where the sound would cut out completely (and stay muted) even though the CD or radio were still powered and running. It was in 3 times for fix but never cured. There is a key sequence for re-booting the system (cant remember what it is but you have to hold two keys down more than 3s).
