Hi All,

Can anyone confirm if the correct original unit fitted was a Panasonic CQ 953EE ?

And does anyone have one lying about gathering dust [;)][;)]

I have posted on "Items Wanted" as well.

Also, where can I get a replacement electric aerial from as mine is missing - just a hole and the wires [:(]

Thanks, Jeff

Well, here's how mine looks, I've been told it's the original one, but not 100% sure..

There was NO audio let alone a standard one fitted to the early cars like ours - the very early ones didn't even have wiring!
All were therefore options and as always with Porsche the list was "comprehensive"!

Thanks for replies.

So as I am trying to keep as original as possible - any Panasonic radio/cassette would be fine.

Any suggestions on the aerial.

It did have one fitted but previous owner took it off as it wouldn't work and the mast was stuck up.

Thanks, Jeff

ps. Is anyone else going to Poole Quay on the 21st of this month ?

Any replacement electric aerial will do - I forget who made the originals but its essentially a generic product.
