Radio Problem CR22

This may help someone. Had a problem with my radio. It would not change stations, then would not change source, then displayed message no tape, then stopped working completely dead. Even the red flashing light was not working.
Removed the front and cleaned contacts but this made no differance. Then removed fuses D8 and D9. Both were OK but on putting them back the radio started working again and is now working correctly again.
Cant explain what has happened but looks like powering back up has cured the fault.

like most computers - when it packs up disconnect the power then re-boot.
This is actually quite common and you will find many links on the porsche forums
