RADIO

I have a Sony with CD, bluetooth and satellite ready (my 944S2 came from Japan so it had a Sony in it already). I haven't actually used the bluetooth yet but a good thing about the Sony is the simple connector that lines up pretty well with the standard 4 speaker wiring so minimal fiddling required to add a Sony plug to the harness (the original Blaupunkt plug doesn't fit). They are quite inexpensive but, unlike the one above, it is flashy in red or blue and general scrolling BS display but it does work well with an Ipod when you're crossing the mountains and can't get a signal.

Had a Pioneer radio/CD in the Lux. Bluetooth with remote mic included, USB and Aux inputs. Wasn't to flashy and lit up orange, which complimented the 944 instruments. Worked well, straightforward to use and good value at about £100 from Halfrauds

I thought you had gone for an original Blaupunkt Bob?

Forget those other brands. Porsche: There is no substitute.
Porsche do a range of classic style radios and satnavs with Bluetooth and touchscreens, specifically to blend into your retro dash..
