Action Required!

If you have a confirmed place on this event you will have received an email from Matt Staines today requesting you to take action to validate your space by 5pm tomorrow. We have a strict timetable set by the base commander for entry to the event. I'm sorry but there are no more tickets for this event and the wait list is in excess of 40 people at the moment! If you can't go and have a confirmed entry via the club website, please let Matt know directly asap so he can fairly reallocate it.

All, We’ve got some more tickets (5) for raf valley. Matt will email to the next 5 on the reserve list at 9:30. Check your emails and reply before 5pm otherwise we’ll have to roll then onto the next names on the list.

thanks.

Simon

"To allow the easiest base access and flow to the "automotive park” display area – having all your members arrive at the same time (in convoy with you at the front) would make life as easy as possible for all parties!

If you are able to arrive at the main gate (utilising the old Anglesey airport car park) for 1100-1110 we will hopefully get you all in and parked up with minimal delay. I appreciate plans like this can go awry but we’ll do our best. Access to camp for vendors should be made via A55 Junc 4 (Minffordd Road) – this will be subject to traffic control later in the morning. If you encounter resistance (as there will be road closures), explain you are part of the static display and require access"
