Dear Everyone,

I hope that between us all we are going to have a really good event on Sunday.

1. Tech Session timed at 1.00pm in the Concours arena which is in front of the main House, on their gravel section. The ramp will be in that area too and Phil Clark has promised its use from 1.00pm. There is a microphone if we want to use it.

2. 2.00pm There is then only a very short walk straight into the House, to the Hereford Suite. I have arranged for 60 seats so if we get more it will be standing room at the back!
We have a screen for a slide display with Clyde supporting Mike Cotton during his presentation.
The projector is coming via Dan from Club Office. I have a few prizes to give out, at the
end, that I will ask Mike to present.

3. Main Register parking is opposite the main house, but still half a mile away, when you see it.

4. Our 14 car space is beside the lake and it is entirely up to us how we fill it. John Vaughan will bring the First Uk car.

5. Loe Bank Motors has sponsored our prizes and a leaflet to go with every car at the gate, or on our parking area. Nick Hine has them to hand to Chris Clark on Saturday.

David Hemmings.
