MEMORANDUM

TO; All Regional Organisers and Register Secretaries

FROM: Ken Coad 993 Asst Reg Sec and Autojumble co-ordinator

SUBJECT: Ragley Hall PCGB Festival - Autojumble

Sunday 9th September 2007 is the club's one-day "Festival" at Ragley Hall
near Alcester in Warwickshire. Apart from all the usual attractions we expect
at this type of event, I am organising a " clubbie" members Autojumble.
An ideal opportunity to participate, a captive audience of Porsche enthusiasts,
to bring and buy, you could be "quids in", clear out the garage of those odd
bits of unwanted second hand Porsche spares, someone else needs.
Apart from your column in Porsche Post mentioning the Festival, please give
the Autojumble a few lines; I believe the expected attendance for Ragley Hall
will make this one of the best PCGB Autojumbles.
The entrance fee is £15 per car, includes admission to the Festival, also book
able on line from the Club's web site. This will enables members to park
alongside the Autojumble area and display items for sale etc. We are not
planning on renting / making tables available. Each Autojumbler's allocated
space will consist of one car space and room for a trestle table. Those
needing a larger area, or wishing to erect a gazebo can book a plot in the
Trade Village.
To reserve space check out the web site, or contact club office quoting Ragley
Hall Autojumble and ensure you have ordered the appropriate pass.
Any enquiries please give me a call, or speak with Louisa Harvey at Club
office. Many thanks.
Ken Coad
