Range Rover Velar (2018) ready to fight Porsche Macan

if you see one of those behind you in traffic get away quick as there's every chance you will be rear ended whilst the driver is fiddling around with the touch screens. Imagine the driver trying to operate that in the off road scene in the video. ??

Makes me smile. They are worried about folk picking up their mobile phone? Have these law makers seen the numbers of toys/distractions that manufacturers are putting in cars these days? And many of them can be played with on the move. Bonkers.

You won't see much change from £60k plus if you try and spec one with half decent performance and with all the bling in the press shots. It will make the GTS Macan look a positive bargain

it does however look pretty smart as does the E Pace jag just announced

Makes me wonder what is asked/said/concluded on consumer research panels. I appreciate that these systems are a lot cheaper to produce and fit, and undoubtedly 'on-trend', but surely ergonomics and safety have more than a little to do with it.
