Rattling exhaust manifold heat shield

My exhaust manifold heat shield is rattling at around idle revs upto about 1200 rpm which is very annoying in traffic jams at at lights. I've had as good a look as I can and cannot work out for the life of me how this thing bolts onto the engine. It appears to be a 2 part shield with a small strip of metal welded between as a stiffener. The weld on one end of this strip has broken and this is where the rattle appears to be coming from.

Has anyone had a similar problem and if so what was the fix?

Cheers

Mine had broken around the front mounting bolt. However my car is 90 so it might not be the same IIRC the shield is in 2 pieces and there is a join with 2 bolts I undid those and then the one bolt at the front where it had broken. Welded on a washer and its been fine since.

The vibration eventually breaks the shields down, they crack, corrode etc. I removed mine altogether. They are a pain to remove and more of a challenge to refit.
