Sounds good.

A 2.7 can do without PTV, PASM etc. etc. A reasonable entry price at £37,589. A few options to suit one's taste and a good car should still be on the right side of £45K
 
Maybe even less if your canny.
What more does one need other than a wind deflector and heated seats.

Less is certainly more especially if you buy slightly used ones like these for under £40k today [8D]
