I have to report that Ray Stobbs has passed away.
He was the owner of a polar silver 964 and attended many shows and the Rennlist runs in North Wales. In fact he organised the last run.
Our sincere condolences go to his wife Lin and family.

RIP Ray. Top bloke with a fantastic looking silver 964 beautifully looked after. Generous, enthusiastic and always had time to talk to others...
 
I'm really sorry to hear the news about Ray, I enjoyed meeting him and doing an article about him in PP.

So sorry to hear this news! I was keeping in touch with him by email to see how he was health wise. He will be missed in Porsche circles. I was thinking of starting up the North Wales Rennlist run outs last year and Ray had already started to arrange the first one. Good old Ray! Any more of these run outs in future will be in memory of Ray for sure. Anyone know of funeral arrangements please?
 
Very sad news indeed. A loss for words. Had spoken with his wife a number of times as Ray was either undergoing treatment or resting. Only thinking I must give him a call!!
