Re-lining the roof, moldings, door cards etc....

So as you know I got the car to do up. The original colours were

- Cream leather seats with some horrible 80's cloth
- Black headlining and rear side cards etc
- Cream coloured door cards
- Cream/beige carpets

As you can imagine, anything beige/cream was horrible, old, tired, manky and very dirty.

I am planning on changing the colours to:
- Cream leather seats with cream suede inserts
- Cream alcantara headlining and rear side cards etc
- Cream alcantara door cards
- New cream/beige carpets

I have re-covered loads but started to put the roof back together...

Obviously moldings etc need to go on but the difference is huge, the car feels more modern, the bright, airey and of course, the smell is very nice....

Any hints and tips, or can I ship the bits to you?

nice, you obviously enjoy it, can imagine it brings the finish up to date

you won't want to drive those old V10's when its finished []

It is actually really rewarding and fidely but surprisingly easy to do.

Top tip is take your time and make sure your hands and work surface are squeaky clean....

Did you do the quarter cards in one piece or several, I can't tell from the pics?

Also, is it just spray glued in place?

I had to do the quarter cards in a few pieces but intend to cover the overlap on the armrest with a shaped and covered piece of sponge.

It wasn't spray glue but paint on stuff, same idea though. I figured the centre console may get warm in places from the drive tunnel so the glue I used was high temp.

I have to say, the pictures don't do the change justice.
