At BS Motorsport , seen in the company of Ian Reynolds and Rich Claridge for a 964 gathering - Petrolicious photoshoot , 25 964s there. Maybe more footage of cars attending if I get my GoPro downloaded .

Well , I think it may be real but maybe not , meantime here is some classic RSR type stuff !

It had carpet inside and recoiling seatbelts mounted in the rear shelf. It definitely looked like an RSR though. Possibly the one me and Melv saw raised on the ramps at the last BS open day.

John, good to see you and Ian on Sunday. Lovely weather and a great location. Some lovely pics were taken.

Cheers Rich , good to see you AND your car out , as well as Ian and his cup car......here's a bit more GoPro footage , bit too far away but your car is visible , last on the right , and Ian's is tucked away in the pack behind . Mine is now chilling out near Glastonbury but has to return north for a wheel change then back south for trackday at Goodwood in the company of early 911 racers ( 1964-5) limbering up for the Members Meeting .

Wow , thanks Phillipe , good to see the cars in action , even the ones with 'normal' 964 retractable rear wings.
That series passed me by at the time , too busy working for a living and no Porsche .

It was a London 964 Owners group meeting and a photoshoot to raise the profile of the group on Petrolicious online magazine.

where was the BS 964 day organised ? Didn't see anything on RL or 911uk

It was organised via Facebook , L90 became a private 'by invitation only' group after a bit of a catfight on Rennlist.

The L stands for London , so a Yorkshire resident may need a visa application.

Their slogan is 'Go cars not Show cars'.......nevertheless 964RS owners are allowed in [;)]

Thanks, Phil!

Not all of the widebodies are real RSRs though...

Brings back some memories.
