What size is the rear arb on a standard 220 turbo or the 250 turboS as i have both arbs but i seem to remember that they are the same size ??

From refering to my little Porsche technical book again, it does appear that both the S2 and the 250 Turbo had the same 16mm rear arb, whilst the 220 Turbo had an 18mm one.

Any more for any more...??!![:D]

One more - does your little Porsche technical book state a standard ARB size for the front of an S2? If so, what is it?

I've heard conflicting opinions on this one.

Thanks, if there is a standard I think it's 21.5mm. At the moment my lucky 8 ball says "Outlook Not So Good" - I think it must need a psychic fluid change.

Yep, the 220 turbo's and early 250 turbos had the slightly thicker ARB's, but Porsche backed off a little with the later cars presumably to make the cars less prone to oversteer. I guess with an LSD you don't exactly need even more oversteer inducing ARB.

According to my omniscient book (word of the day![:D]) the S2 had the same ARB as the 250hp Turbos and also the 220hp Turbos when fitted with the M030 suspension option - 26.8mm.

Bring it on.....[;)]
