Rear Bearing Replacement

Hi all, I was considering replacing my rear wheel bearings in a couple of weeks has anybody here performed this. I read that Porsche say that you have to remove the whole trailing arm and then have it pressed out. In the clarks garage web page they say you can just heat it up and use bearing pullers. Anyone got any advice about this. Also is it advisable to change the bushes on the suspension. If so where can i get them and are they a pain to fit. TIA

Also anyone any idea how to remove the front bumper, the seal by the wing looks crap and I wouldn't mind sorting the out while im at it. Also can where can i get a replacement seal. or is it an opc thing.
