Rear Brake Discs and Pads

Hi All
After a bit of advice if possible, I'm looking at replacing rear discs and pads on 2001 986 Boxster, i was wondering what brand/make you would recommend?

Hi,

replacing my (front) 986 discs and pads earlier this year, I used Brembo which I purchased from Design911. They are very helpful and will advise you on all the fitting bits required, and give you a PCGB discount. Brembo discs are very good quality and have really nice finish to them. I had a local independent fit them for me. Good luck

I’ve a feeling that originals are Brembo.

I think the callipers are of Brembo manufacture and the pads are supplied by Textar. I don’t know who supplies the brake discs but I don’t think it’s Brembo.

Porsche discs are SHW, you wont find them outside the OPC network.

Sebro discs, textar pads are the way to go
