rear console tray - no screws!

Bit of an unusual one this, it's a request for where to obtain some small parts.

I bought the rear console tray from Gert to replace the cassette holder in my 993.

It looks great, good move - BUT, the tray requires 2 screws (plus washer plus clip) rather than the 1 the cassette holder needed.

As as anyone who's bought this will know, it doesn't come with any of the screws etc to fix it.

I've been to b&q, homebase etc but can't get these 3 little bits: the screw, washer, and clip thing that the screw connects to.

Anyone know where I can get some of these? - I'd like to get 2 sets so I can put one back with the cassette holder and ebay it.

Cheers.

Kenny

I'll have a look at mine later and see what the fittings are. I'm pretty sure I'll have something suitable in the odds and ends bin!

Regards

Thanks Oliver! quick reply too, doesn't get any better.

Maybe a good excuse to come and see your motor - are you in the North?

It should have the screws with it mine did. Are you sure you didn't through them away with the packaging?

Drop Gert a line if they are missing.

I emailed Gert and he confirmed they don't come with the tray - perhaps they used to?

This is confirmed on rennlist too.

When did you order yours PP?

Kenny,

You can get them from Leeds OPC, I recently bought the tray from them, the tray, srews and rubber mat for just under 15 quid, but they are available to buy separately.

Here's the part number, N 01395814, there an extortionate 9p each!

Hi Kevin - hope you are well.

Thanks for the info - sounds like an opportunity to tyre-kick a GT3 or 2! not been there for a while.

Looking forward to seeing the TT next year Kenny, Harewood perhaps? Hope she's tucked up nice and warm, gritting lorrys everywhere in south yorks' tonight!
