rear diffuser removal (newbie)

Hi Guys, I bought a 944 Turbo SE with big big miles, great interior and amazingly has lots of power, so I think it is worth the effort to tidy the bodywork and save her.

The worst bit I've found tho is a large hole underneath it, between the back of the rear arch and the diffuser. It looks like its already had a bad repair a lot of years ago. I'm not sure if this is common, but as its not too cosmetic a place I'll weld it up myself properly.

I want to do this tomorrow night, so could anyone tell me how to unbolt the rear diffuser ? (haynes manual is on order :)
