Rear headrests query

Apologies if this has already been covered in another post, .. I did search but couldn't find anything.

Does anyone know how to remove the rear headrests in a 2021 Macan S? ... when I drop the rear seats for load carrying, the headrest dents the back of my driver seat, (I'm sure this will be easy to remove and push back into shape) but, I would like to not have to worry about it again.
I'm not particularly tall (just over 6') but it doesn't need to be pushed too far back to touch, I've had Mercedes and BMWs before this and they could all be removed very simply.

Thanks in advance

Basically, there are buttons on each side of the headrest stalks. These need to be pressed at same time whilst pulling at the headrest in its highest position.
.

Thanks I can see the button to raise the outside headrests, but what I want to be able to do is remove them completely, ... like other cars.

Cheers

You can do , You just need to press the buttons on each stalk at the same time and pull. I managed to pull mine completely out last week

Agreed, I've managed it a couple of times recently but it is tricky, you really need three hands yo do it!

Thank you guys, very much appreciated, .. that worked brilliantly ... the other button isn't obvious, it's inset where the other one is proud.

Now I just have to work out how to get the back seat cover off to pop out the little dent, thankfully it isn't creased.

Cheers
