rear interior quarter panels?

Stereo in now thanks for all tips with aerial,the 2 rear speakers are crap well one is the other doesnt work,how much of a job is it to get to them,i see that the seatbelt goes through the panels,is it a big job or straightforward?

Really the back windowns should come out, but I managed to replace the speakers in my S2 coupe without doing that.
 
As I recall I didn't remove them completely and managed to get the vinyl sitting under the rubber seal neatly again where I disturbed it. Apart from that aspect it's very easy as all the screws are visible.
