It looks like a RollCentre Racing rear section with fixed diagonal and has been built without hangers for the front section. For sale on FB by Gary Hatfield who is a decent fellow.

This is the spec that I have suggested that people buy for a decade and finding this for sale has made me smile, as I have only just met Gary.
Painted Guards/Indian Red. £300 or reasonable offers. In Cannock.
