Rear Seat belt

I am due to be a father for the 1st time and still want to use my mistress to go out in. does anyone know of a child seat that only needs a lap belt, or fits into a standard 911 SC rear seat? Alternatively, does anyone know if you can retro fit a 3 point seat belt in the back of the SC? I contacted a company in the back of 911 & Porsche World and they quoted over £200 - a tad excessive, I feel.

Any idea welcome.......................

Don't know where you're based but these guys did a good job of 3 point inertia reel rear seat belts for me plus a kiddie seat . Can't remember the price but it seemed reasonable at the time.

guess you can enquire about the different options. I think it might be possible to just get a new lapbelt and kiddy seat but you'll have to ask (02082060101). I asked them for a price on a new driver's belt fitted with the original reel etc and it was more or less a complete bargain fully fitted so it's on the winter job sheet. [:-]

Another vote for QuickFit Safety Belt Systems. They do a lot more than sell seat belts - they manufacture their own seat belts and race harnesses and can also custom build seats. They were one of the first people to offer 3-point rear belts for convertibles.

Good luck!
